Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 28.10.2025 Thank you for shopping with IFEELBEAST! We aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for every customer. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order. 1. Order Cancellation a. Before Shipping Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please email us at support@ifeelbeast.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. b. After Shipping Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a return or exchange after receiving the product (see Return & Refund section below). 2. Return Eligibility You can request a return or replacement if: The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. The return request is made within 7 days of delivery. Tags and labels are intact. Non-returnable items: Customized or printed products Innerwear and accessories Items sold during clearance or sale events 3. Refund Process Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, after confirmation. 4. Damaged or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof at support@ifeelbeast.com . We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost. 5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days: Check your bank or card statement again. Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it takes extra time for funds to reflect. If the issue persists, email us at support@ifeelbeast.com , and we’ll assist immediately. 6. Exchange Policy Exchanges are accepted for size or color changes (subject to stock availability). If your preferred size is unavailable, you can choose an alternative product or request a refund. 7.
